RETURN POLICY


We only offer exchanges or store credit.  We do not offer refunds. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@yukipearls.com within 72 hours of receiving your item to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.  In your e-mail, let us know for which item you would like to exchange.  Please ensure the returned merchandise is delivered to Yuki within 5 business days of receiving a Return Authorization Number.  We allow one exchange per transaction, so the item received in an exchange order will be final sale. Store credit will be issued for the difference in prices between the returned item and newer item if the returned item is higher in price.  Store credit must be used within 90 days of receiving the credit.  Items bought using store credit, discount, or promotion are final sale. Custom-made pieces are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN PROCEDURE


Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all YUKI packaging and original tags intact.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Send your return to the address below, insured for the full value of the items, via Fed Ex, UPS or US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Yuki is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, yukipearls.com order number, and Yuki Return Authorization Number.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. We are sorry, but return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by email for the damaged packaging to be replaced.

Returns or exchanges for purchases made on yukipearls.com will not be accepted for return or exchange at any retail location where Yuki is sold.

Returns or exchanges for purchases made at any other retailer locations cannot be returned through yukipearls.com. Items not purchased through yukipearls.com should be returned at their place of purchase.
